Red, Yellow, and Green

We like to think of the results of our sustainability index reports and compare it to a traffic light. The results of the report tell us a lot about where a roof is heading and what we should do about it. If after the results are in, you find “green” in your report, that section of the roof can proceed and everything is normal. If a section of your roof receives a “yellow” light, we must proceed with caution. Your roof has issues that needs to be addressed. We can analyze these issues, address them in the most appropriate manner, plan/budget for a future roof, and keep a close eye on the situation. If you should receive “red” results, your roof is in desperate need of an immediate solution. This typically means time for a new roof. The quicker we address a “red” roof, the minimal the costs will be. It is very important we salvage what we can and prevent any unwanted additional costs.
