Preservation
Bruttell focuses on preserving the roof system before it begins to break down. Preservation can add years on to the life of a roof and save thousands of dollars.
Routine scheduled maintenance can keep your roof out of the landfill. If a roof is neglected and problems continue to exist without being serviced, the result of the damage can increase exponentially. One such problem is saturation of the insulation, which will prohibit it from doing the job it was intended to do. Wet insulation is no longer capable of being an insulator and must be removed. If a roof is properly maintained throughout its service life, removal can be avoided and a “Green” approach can be taken. Annual inspections and maintenance can be the answer to finding problems early and avoiding any damage to the roof as a result of poor upkeep. It is Bruttell’s goal to see your roof last and avoid any unwanted problems. See Inspections and Maintenance for more information.
